The New Managers at Chancellor Lakeside Executive Apartments: Eve and Gavin Becker           

The new business Managers at Chancellor Lakeside Executive Apartments are Eve and Gavin Becker. We have 4-fantasic "kids", 3-boys and 1-girl, ranging in age from 32 to 22-years of age.
 
We immigrated from Durban, South Africa in 1998  and we have lived on the Gold Coast for all that time - we have been proud Australian Citizens for 9 of those 13-years.
 
While in South Africa both of us were Bookmakers in the horse-racing industry in Durban while since wehave been in Australia our main business has been in the Restaurant Industry, owning Café Capri on the Isle of Capri for the previous 10-years up until December 2010.
 
We purchased the Managing Rights business of Chancellor Lakeside in December 2010, settled on it in mid-March 2011, and started operation on 1st April 2011. The previous managers, by virtue of our contract, gave us a crash-course on how to run a Management Rights business, and we thought that 2-weeks would be enough.............HAH !!!!! LITTLE DID WE KNOW !!

We come from a vast business background, owning numerous businesses in South Africa spanning 21-years, and another 11-years in the restaurant industry in Australia, owning Cafe Capri on the Isle of Capri on the Gold Coast. The Management Rights industry, we believe, is no different except that it is much harder work.
 
By purchasing the Management Rights Business at Chancellor Lakeside we became the biggest investors in this establishment by a country mile and this investment makes us committed to do better than the previous managers. We intend to work closely with all owners building an assotiation of trust and friendship.
 
Our long-term policy at Chancellor Lakeside is simple - to get more visitors in the holiday accommodation, and from the corporate sector, and to make sure that we go out of our way to accommodate the long-term tenants, who will enjoy our fully furnished modern apartments, where they can live and study in peaceful surroundings.
